Mindfulness is about bringing awareness to the present moment without judgment. No need to be a Zen master or live in a yoga studio. Just start noticing things you wouldn't usually pay attention to. Like the feeling of your feet on the ground when you walk, the taste of your morning coff coffee or whatever. Your fuel of choice is the sound of your favorite song actually hitting different Think about it. How often do you find yourself zoning out during a conversation? Your mind's already halfway to drafting that insta caption or thinking about what's for dinner. Mindfulness helps you tune in, truly hear what others are saying, and savor those moments instead of letting them slip by unnoticed.
