This isn't about becoming some Zen master who can meditate while riding a unicycle on fire. Though that would be pretty cool. This is about building a self care plan that's as unique as you are. Something that actually nourishes your soul and helps you thrive in this crazy world. Let's get down to it. Gen Z, here's the tea on creating a self care plan that actually works. First up, know thyself. Like seriously, what stresses you out? What makes you feel good? Is it binge watching your favorite show? Going for a run? Writing in a journal? Figure this out and then build your plan around those things. Think of it like creating the ultimate playlist for your sanity. Next, ditch the all or nothing mentality. We're Gen Z, not superheroes.
