Seriously, ditch the Netflix sponge and pay attention to what you're actually feeling. Seeing, smelling, tasting, even hearing. Think of it like leveling up your existence. You know how much we crave that dopamine hit from a perfectly curated TikTok. Well, being present gives you this crazy gu feeling like a natural high. It's about becoming aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Like, if you're feeling stress, acknowledge it instead of burying it under another five hours a fortnight. You're not weak for having emotions. You're human. Now here are some real life hacks to bring mindfulness into your daily grind. 1. Digital detox book I get it, you, phone is basically an extension of your hand at this point, but all that constant scrolling and notifications are messing with your brain waves. Take a break, fam.
